For me, finding the perfect plaid shirt has been a nightmare. Hell, finding any button down shirt is a nightmare. I’ve tried brand after brand and nothing has worked. Too tight in the arms here. Too big in the bust there. Huge and sloppy in the waist here. OMG I look like a mess there.

‘Tis the greatest week of the year: the week in which Starbucks releases our beloved red cups. I feel pretty proud of myself that I didn’t run out on day one to pick up a steaming cup of chai in the red cup – I waited until about four days in – you know, like a cool kid.

Mad For Plaid
The 90’s are back that’s for sure. It’s kind of weird, having grown up in that era and watching styles come back that I used to rock when I was eleven. At one point in my life (true story) I was the master of the flannel-around-the-waist look.
A far cry from my style today, obv.
Outside of the grungy look of plaid, there’s also the other side, the side that makes my heart sing.
